IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Management passionate professional to join our team in Warsaw. You will be accountable for managing software development projects for our US clients and working on a day-to-day basis with our development team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Discrete project and risk management of mobile and web development projects
• Coordination, evaluation and supervision of project activities throughout the period of its implementation 
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
• Communication management (direct written and verbal communication with clients and team members), including project status reporting
• Direct cooperation and meetings with clients and partners in Poland and abroad (must be willing to travel occasionally)
• Project budgeting and cost tracking
• Providing direction, motivation and support to the project team
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• About 3 years of commercial experience in Software Project Management (fundamentals of effort estimation, controlling and tracking of project scope, budget and timeline)
• Experience with at least one project management tool (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Experience in managing both time & material and fixed-price projects
• Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Good knowledge of office software suite (spreadsheets, presentations)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English - C1 level

• Technical background in software development
• Project management / methodology certificates
• Experience with teaching / mentoring PM methodologies
