Work independently as part of the global teams delivering SuccessFactors solutions within the bank global entities and constantly enhancing current functionalities.


  • Work closely with Global process owners, Data Validation teams and the Project team members to complete data migration analysis and assessment including the identification of inconsistencies and errors
  • Work closely with HR business partners, the project team, technology, and the implementation partner to perform source system data analysis to create and manage source to target data mapping and migration.
  • Consulting with the project team to validate requirements as to the usage of data and fields identified
  • Define mapping rules and transformations for each data set
  • Working with the HR Data and Analytics team, HR Ops, HRIS and technology to transform data according to the agreed mapping logic
  • Working closely with HR and the Project team to prepare data cleanse plan that will remove inconsistencies, data quality issues and errors in HR records
  • Prepare data sets/files for loading and track load issues to resolution
  • Provide support to Data validation teams for data validation activities to ensured cleansed data is accurately reflected in Success Factors
  • Creating a data migration plan following the strategy identified
  • Creating and maintaining data migration Run Book (tracker) and Data object dependency map to manage tasks within the plan
  • Raising change requests and performing impact analysis on change requests raised by project workstreams, that may impact data migration
  • Ensuring end user approval at various stages in the data migration process
  • Secure management and handling all data

  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrable previous Human Resources data migration experience.
  • Ideally 3+yrs SAP Success Factors cloud data migration projects.
  • Experience of data cleansing/reconciliation/migration principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations with a propensity to persevere
  • Work with minimal direction and be able to coordinate complex activities in an evolving, agile environment.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others - SAP Success Factors Specialist/Professional Certified (preferred)
  • Experience working with multi-location project delivery team is preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy
  • Strong relationship management experience with influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mind - be able to suggest ideas and drive innovation.
  • Able to understand the big picture and the details.
