Intern Business System Analyst

We are just launching a 3 months paid IT Internship Program which will give you the opportunity to work within Ryanair Teams. We are looking for IT talents who would like to spend the summer with the teams of great team that will help them to grow. We want inspirational IT students who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

What the Team does:

• Identify business and user requirements by working with a number of key Business and IT stakeholders, producing high-level business requirements and liaising with development team(s) to translate them to detailed functional or technical specifications.
• Analyse the existing systems, perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Analyse and decompose complex requirements
• Document requirements in the form of User Stories, functional and mapping documentation
• Validate the functionality of the end product according to the technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Student in a field of Computer Science or any IT background.
• Good command of English (min. B2).
• Strong Communicating and Influencing skills.
• Ability to work within a team as well as on an individual level.

As Business System Analyst Intern you will work closely with business owners in troubleshooting and resolving issue for a set of in scope application. You will also contribute in gathering requirements for request for Changes to work with our internal development team or with external 3rd parties. As part of a business support team you will play a key role in defining and shaping projects to ensure key business systems develop to meet the changing needs of the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced business environment.
