• Resolve incidents affecting the operation/availability of high-profile production systems
• Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Windows OS including Windows 10/11 client’s and Windows Server 2016 or higher
• Maintain and modify scripts to support business processes
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions
• Perform migrations / installations / upgrades of operating systems and other applications on-premises and in the public cloud

• Good English (written and spoken), level B1 and above.
• Experience with Windows Server in design, configuration, and administration
• Working knowledge and hands on experience with SCCM Server included develop software packages.
• 2nd or 3rd Tier support with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting
• Auditing of hardware/software inventory
• Leads research and develop new technology, tools and scripts to support desktop computing and the end user desktop experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using PowerShell
• Recommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security procedures
• Analyze, optimize, and integrate applications and services
• Knowledge of at least one of the Cloud Platforms
• Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced network, infrastructure + environment knowledge about AD, PKI, DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management
