MUST
Experience of Operational Support Systems, network management systems, provisioning systems, fault management and message buses(RabbitMQ)
Understanding of Itential Automation Platform including build of workflows, Operations Manager Automation, and JSON Transformations
Experience deploying servers, network devices and building scripts/apps using own or open-source libraries.
Knowledge and experience working with JSON.
Knowledge and experience working with RESTful APIs.
Experience in JavaScript, security, and performance issues with browsers helpful
Experience and Proficiency with one of these: Javascript, Python, bash scripting, or java (python mandatory and JS)
Knowledge of linux environment and troubleshooting using the linux command line
Knowledge of basic networking concepts
Experience building Cloud Native or Hybrid applications using Azure or another public cloud.
Experience in customer-facing leadership roles
Strong communication skills
Experience providing technical leadership on network implementation projects.
Experience and Proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server with some basic DBA skills
Knowledge and application of object-oriented design principles
A good understanding of IT environments including networking, server technologies, databases, security, and performance.
Agile methodology and technical lead experience would be advantageous.
Experience with Ansible playbook creation, creating/using roles, and Ansible inventory management.
Experience managing and using Ansible Automation Platform (formerly Ansible Tower)
Strong software development skills with an emphasis on Python (and Javascript) programming
Strong understanding of REST API methodology
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
