Customized automation projects for BT to implement a flexible Network Management framework based on Juniper tools (proprietary) and other Open Source tools and technologies


Work in a consultative manner to deliver Automation solutions to Customers.

Follow the Juniper Professional Services engagement and delivery processes, working closely with the Project Manager.

Working with customers across different zones.

Ability to work independently and remotely with limited supervision.

Candidate will work with Juniper consultant who has Paragon Active Assurance skills


Experience of Operational Support Systems, network management systems, provisioning systems, fault management and message buses,(RabbitMQ) Python

For Paragon Pathfinder

  • Deep knowledge of IP routing including: BGP, ISIS, MPLS, L3VPN, L2VPN, mVPN.
  • Demonstrable expertise in: Segment Routing (including Traffic Engineering, Flexible Algorithm, PCE).
  • Understanding of REST API concepts (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE etc.)
  • Experience with Kubernetes, and cloud deployment technologies.
  • Experience with container networking on Docker.
  • Parsing data structures in XML, JSON ideally with XPATH or JSONPATH, and YAML.
  • Experience in Agile development.
  • Experience of using Jira or similar tool to create the work breakdown and track the delivery.
