Be the main driving force behind the automation of IP & Transport domain for Deutsche Telekom‘s affiliates (NatCos)

Your role will consist of spreading automation throughout Deutsche Telekom‘s affiliates (NatCos) for the IP & Transport domain. describe what is needed to introduce or progress automation in IP & Transport.You should:define the key use-cases and Minimum Viable Product (MVP), as well as validate this with the customers (NatCos), and run the necessary Proof-of-concepts (PoCs). Contribute with technical requirements in relevant tenders (RfQ) as well as have the ability to technically evaluate IP and transport automation vendor solutions;be experienced in establishing and running a technical community and engaging other technical experts when required;convince Stakeholders and NatCos of the benefit of automation in Transport and can support them with pitching on why they should introduce Automation;collaborate with central and NatCo DT experts on an automation strategy, use cases and roadmap.Being self-driven and with intrinsic motivation to bring this innovative topic forward is an important aspect of this roleIdeally, you shall be familiar with the current vendor landscape for IP & transport networks automation or at least you are willing to learn/assess. 

• University degree or comparable qualification in Network Technology
• Deep technical knowledge of IP & Transport domain with several years of experience in automation for IP & Transport.
• Result-oriented and solution-driven.
• Experienced working in an international environment in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Experienced interacting with different stakeholders and customers (e.g., NatCos).
• Team player with good social skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in automation related standardization work (e.g., ONF, IETF, etc.)
