- Working on 3rd line technical support cases that are routed to R&D teams
- After hours critical cases (OnCall)
- Working in Technical Support (2nd or 3rd level)
- Software Engineer with 2 or more years of experience in C#
- Experience in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and networks problems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system
- Microsoft IIS Administration and Troubleshooting Experience
- Experience working with Linux or Unix Operating System
- Active directory knowledge
- Team player, self motivated, eager to learn and push changes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service
Nice to have:
- Experience in supporting development (R&D) teams
- Powershell Experience for Implementation, Troubleshooting and Automation
