Sapiens P&C Division is looking for Technical Team Leader to join our delivery group, developing a complex information system, using Java Enterprise Edition. End to end implementation of customer projects, including UI, SQL data model and business logic implementation for customers across the world Development of interfaces with external systems (web services, other technologies). You will be responsible for managing release plans of the projects & the workload of your development team. 

• At least 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition programming 
• Team Leading / coordinating experience at least 1 year 
• Ability of taking full ownership of the development activity of a 3-10 people team 
• Ability to prepare the project’s delivery work plan.
• Development using a complex data and domain models – Large scale DB tables  
• EJB, SQL, Hibernate – Must  
• Experience working with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2 (all or one of them)  
• Ability to translate functional requirements to technical design and development tasks  
• Experience with application server (JBoss / Wildfly/ WebLogic / WebSphere)  
• Team player with excellent communication skills  
• Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking)  

Nice to have: 

• Experience in Spring (batch, MVC, Boot) 
• Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven programming  
• Experience in creation and configuration of development environments and CI/CD processes with containers  
• Experience in application performance monitoring and improvements  
• Experience in NoSQL DB (Couchbase, MongoDB etc.)  
• Experience in Typescript and Node.js ,Web development (HTML, JS, CSS, React, Angular)
