Currently, we are looking for a Partner Success Manager. The position includes partners' & customers' portfolio management, new clients' launch and support, and the subscription renewal process coordination. We also expect you to have proficient knowledge of English.

- Building relationships with partners and their key customers, assistance in managing clients’ portfolio
- Assistance in project evaluation, as well as in the technical brief and analytics preparation
- Partners' support during system implementation, organization of technical consultations
- Monitoring the implementation of the partners' projects timely
- Advising and informing customers and partners about new Creatio features
- Work on clients’ feedback
- Ensuring regular updates of the subscription, negotiating favorable conditions for the company
- 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software and working with CRM, BPM or ERP systems
- Deep understanding of the business processes of various business sectors
- Problem-solving mindset, experience in managing complicated situations, including working with objections
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in conducting training and presentations in English
- English C1+
