Project scope: The mission of our Group IT’s Integration Factory is to design, develop and implement a wide range of standardized, best practice-based integration solutions, businesses, systems, and applications around the world.  Integration Factory employee resources partner with our external provider’s onsite and offshore resources and use TIBCO (primarily) integration technology and tools to deliver these solutions.

The Integration Architect role is based in our Group’s Paris headquarters and reports to the TIBCO Integration Factory Manager.  You will be responsible for overseeing the technical design and compliant implementation of all new integrations, with a special focus on our digital (eCommerce) related integrations. 

1) You lead the design, optimization, review, and approval of integration solutions:

• Review submitted requirements for completeness and clarity
• Prepare initial, high-level designs and estimates as necessary
• Develop and perform proofs-of-concept as necessary to determine feasibility and confirm new approaches (API, caching, etc.)
• Perform pre-development review of detailed design documents to ensure completeness and compliance with established Integration Factory practices and standards
• Ensure the performance of appropriate types and levels of testing including full end-to-end testing in close collaboration with country IT teams

2) You provide leadership, vision, and direction to the Integration roadmap 

• Lead/Build global API Architecture, Middleware Integration & Solutions team to design solutions and undertake Integration projects.
• Develop productive relationships with business partner teams across the organization to influence how Integration platforms can enable new sources of value.
• Manage Integration group personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization, as well as building on existing recruiting capabilities to address new needs and skills gaps.

3) You develop and document standards and methodologies surrounding the Data Platform by securing knowledge and know-how

• Maintain onboarding documentation.
• Provide critical judgement on data model efficiency based on your experience and best practices.
• Ensure validation processes are followed.

• General technical and/or integration architecture (10+ years)
• Integration development and system administration with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x & 6.x (7+ years)
• Software development (ideally Java) (3+ years)
• Application lifecycle management (3+ years)
• Run support and/or operations management (1+ year)
• Foundational and related technologies (OS, network, storage, database, cloud, etc.)
• Digital (e-Commerce) platforms and technologies
• API management
• Continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD)  and DevOps including Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Offshore and/or remote team management.
