Develocraft is currently looking for a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer for one of our international clients. You will be working on a project about an intellectual platform for engineering and manufacturing domains. It includes scalable cognitive engines that help users (engineers, innovators and researchers) discover and use knowledge locked in corporate repositories as well as industry sources. It connects the dots between information scattered across multiple sources in a single interface, enabling technical professionals to make better, more informed decisions faster. The platform provides in-depth engineering knowledge and solutions in industries such as aerospace and defence, energy, architecture, construction and transportation.

Kubernetes
- You will be defining, documenting and leading best practices of DevOps for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance with respect to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, reproducibility, cost of compute and cloud-native architecture
- You will be creating and managing cloud-based and on-premises Kubernetes environments using IaC pipelines
- You will be collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud-based solutions and infrastructure with the goal to maximize performance and minimize cost, including scaling-to-zero ability and use of spot instances
- You will be identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
- You will be leading the operations cycle of working production services through evolving of metric-based monitoring and alerting systems
💪 Hard skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with managing Kubernetes-based infrastructures
- Knowledge and practice experience with CI/CD pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory, Docker registry, etc.
- Experience in scalable distributed micro-service architectures with deploying and orchestrating containers
- Strong understanding of networks (Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, etc.)
- Experience with SysOps for Linux, including scripting and configuration (Bash, Ansible, etc.)
- English language - B2+
