- We are currently looking for a motivated professional, with solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), to help our client's team support their applications' migration project.
- In the application security on-boarding area you will work with highly motivated, skilled individuals working together towards building a secure global access management system.
- Their services focus on access management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, directories and exchanging/storing data securely.
- They provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles and create best-fit solutions.
- The purpose of the upcoming migration project is to move applications together with the access rights and respective entitlements from the legacy to the new environment, aiming at unifying the solutions for access management.

- Understand the technical objectives for the migration strategies outlined by the project heads
- Close liaison with the internal stakeholders (both on managerial levels and technical specialists)
- Schedule meetings to track migration plans
- Document issues and actions
- Communicate progress
- Follow up on actions/issues
- Manage test results and sign-offs for particular project phases
- Report regularly to the Project Leads / Migration Management Team
- Work closely with technical execution teams to plan and schedule migrations (mainly Application Team)
- Push and track the delivery of desired solutions
- Monitor technical resource capacity
- Highlight gaps
- Escalate resource availability issues that may impact planned migrations
- Manage internal stakeholders' expectations
- Provide overall migration progress and reporting for all applications on a regular basis
- Assist with the application analysis, including but not limited to:
- User access requirements
- Technical service account requirements
- Application access rights & entitlements
MUST
- sound background in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- experienced in working with users and/or applications
- experienced in consultancy and/or support (3+ years)
- capable of explaining technical matters in an understandable fashion
- good grasp of Microsoft Excel required;
NICE TO HAVE
- Any scripting and/or SQL expertise - certainly a plus but not a requirement;
- Previous experience in the position of IAM Access Control Specialist or IAM Administrator
