PythonWindowsWindows Server

Working on a daily basis with the business to support the trading application. Your work will be to support the Treasury application to handle all technical support domains and the interfacing around the application.

Profile

  • We look forward getting to know you, if you hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, business informatics or a relevant apprenticeship.
  • You have practical experience in the financial / commercial area; experience in banking or in operations of Treasury / Banking / Corporate Finance IT systems is a plus
  • You have experience in User-Management, First/Second-level of support (Helpdesk) for Finance application
  • You have built up some project management skills and have basic knowledge of project management tools and solid knowledge of MS office tools (especially Excel, Power Point, Access). Further IT-knowledge in alteryx or Tableau is a plus.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in spoken and written German is a plus
  • You have very strong communication skills (also with customer communication) and under time pressure
  • You are capable to prioritize tasks quickly and manage the tasks in a very structured, independent, efficient and reliable manner (almost all tasks will require very precise execution as there would be high economic impact in case of errors)
  • Personally, you are a strong team player with a service-orientated mindset who can adopt quickly to different situations & persons. Moreover, you have a high degree of self-initiative with the ability to learn and undertake new challenges.

Tasks

  • Manage user access and user requests in several financial IT Systems (e.g. check of user authorization, user-onboarding, management of user-profiles/ user-rights, user-recertification processes)
  • Be the first point of contact (helpdesk) for any topics related to Treasury & Corporate Finance IT systems and interfaces (1st and 2nd level of support), incl. analyzing the incidents, system failures and initiation of solutions
  • Implementation and monitoring of group-wide treasury controls and compliance requirements
  • Audit-proof administration and archiving of internal and external documentation
  • Projects tasks related to the implementation and management of Treasury and Corporate Finance IT systems and interfaces

MUST
  • Experience with Front Arena trading application,
  • Experienced in Front Arena and its server components,
  • Python/ACM, ASQL, preferably ADFL, Data servers components
  • Understand basic service / application functionality and front-to-back workflows in Trading
  • Good plus to have business knowledge covering all asset classes - Trading, Sale, Execution & etc)
  • Technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, MSSQL, Citrix
  • (Front Arena) or Python programming experience,
  • Experience with Customer Data Integration,
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS),
  • Experience with interfaces, Applications,
  • Experience with administrative Support,
  • Experience with support activities
  • Treasury background or/and some exposure to any TMS application like : Murex, Calypso, Finastra and quantum
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in supporting financial trading applications
