• Working in business consulting group is characterized by strategies development, designing operating models, business process modeling, analysis of business requirements for IT solutions.
• Working with multiple industry clients along with project teams.
• Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of functional or technical solutions/services.
• Shaping Accenture Point of Views for Oracle Cloud applications in different business industries.
• Advising clients with large scale implementations leveraging Oracle’s comprehensive Cloud suite of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services.
• Managing the team. Recruiting and developing your own team.
• Managing business development opportunities of new projects and partnering in pre-sales activities.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business or technology consulting.
• Experience in team management.
• Knowledge supported by professional experience in selected Oracle Cloud solutions:
• SaaS services e.g., ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM
• PaaS services e.g., Application development, Integrations, Security, Analytics, Data Management, IoT
• IaaS services e.g., Compute, Network, and Storage Hardware
• Good knowledge of project delivery methodology.
• Experience in solution architecture.
• Experience in business process documentation.
• Experience in gathering and developing business requirements and functional designs to effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Availability and mobility to assist projects within Poland as well as abroad.
