The documentation outlined below is based on a combination of  BPMN models (Enterprise Architect) and WIKI (Confluence) Documents may be published in Word or PDF form but are edited on other tools.

• Produce and maintain product documentation, such as Reference Guides, Installation 
• Guides, User Guides, Release Notes, Data Dictionary and ERD 
• Produce marketing material, including for example functional or technical descriptions for sales purposes
• Review and edit RFPs
• Review other types of documents, including websites and Powerpoint presentations
• Contribute to the divisions Knowledge Base Website

Sapiens is looking for a full-time Technical Writer to become a part of the Product Team, to produce product documentation for our Life and Pension software. 

• Has 3-5 years' experience in software documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to apply an organized review and approval process that involves numerous reviewers.
• Good outlining and topic organization skills for existing and new documents.
• Can write in English at mother tongue level.
•  Writing samples (nice to have, but not obligatory)
