We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join the team in two available roles: experienced 1st level support professionals with opportunities for advancement into 2nd level support, and entry-level 1st level support positions to join their team near Stuttgart.
As the initial point of contact for their B2B customers, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and issues. Your key responsibilities will include classifying customer issues, ensuring a timely response within 2 hours, and providing excellent customer service as the face of the company's B2B support team.
