Currently we are looking for IT Support Specialist Microsoft365 who will be responsible for providing support to end-users, supporting complex configuration and management of collaboration cloud services with the appliance of existing processes and standards. You will join a team of 6 people working according to Agile principles. You will report to the Senior Manager and work closely with the Service Owner.

Start date: ASAP (1 month notice period is acceptable)

  • Responsible for the development, administration and implementation of cloud-related components and applications
  • Interacts with Experts and Architects to meet the company's strategies and roadmaps
  • Acts as a driver of high-level support to ensure the quality of delivered solutions for business and IT at a technical and functional level

Tasks

  • Follows the procedures and processes at a professional level
  • Provides guidance and knowledge to lower levels of support
  • Ensures constructive collaboration within the teams
  • Identifies new cloud opportunities for Client
  • Analyses requirements for cloud implementations
  • Influences technical discussions and decisions
  • Understands and solves the problems within cloud area effectively ensuring integrity, high quality solutions delivered in a timely as per SLA (Service Level Agreement) and acceptable manner
  • Understands the complexity of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Point of contact for end users requesting advanced IT support
  • Responsible for daily support including installations, implementations, configurations, migrations and maintenance of cloud related services
  • Participates actively in internal team meetings

Requirements

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile (preferably possess ITIL or SAFE certification)
  • Strong competencies in End-User Collaboration platforms and tools
  • Knowledge and at least 3-year hands-on experience in all associated with O365 features (especially, but not limited to, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams)
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Core Microsoft office applications
  • Credible knowledge of cloud computing environments (preferably Azure)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure Associate level certification
  • Ability to deal with and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • Ability to deal with complex dependencies and procedures designed for the corporate environment
  • Experience from working in a multicultural and global environment/company
  • Strong business process knowledge
