As Business System Analyst you will be contributing to delivery market-leading digital products and services for a global CBRE business line.


CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are contracting a Business Analyst to contribute Business Analysis Services to the Harbour Project for the GWS EMEA Digital & Technology department. 


The Business Analyst will ensure the necessary and timely authored requirements to facilitate the work of the contracted engineering team. Working with the Business Product Owner to ensure the production of best in class specifications, translated into user stories with automatable acceptance criteria.  


  • Assist in facilitation of agenda driven workshops
  • Creation of pre-defined artefacts as workshop outputs
  • Creation of use case diagrams/mock-ups for validation purposes
  • Work with the Product Manager, development, architecture teams, and other business stakeholders to capture the requirements
  • Creation of user stories and refinement of these with development teams
  • Ensure the backlog items are kept up to date and reflect the direction from the PM/wider business
  • Provide analytical support to the team

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
  • Very good interpersonal skills: ability in communicating with business users, gathering their business requirements, and providing solution
  • Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external) and train users outside of “technology world” - to explain complex matters in a simple way
  • Experienced with Agile framework including documenting requirements/features/user stories
  • Focused on details and getting things done
  • Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
  • Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible and collaborative
  • Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects)
  • A creative thinker and a problem-solver
  • Preferable BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
