As an Incident Manager You’ll take the lead in establishing the policies and systems for delivery of a quality incident management process, and then work with the business to ensure that these are adopted and adhered to. 

You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting trends in incidents, issues and risks and compliance with ITIL best practice, cataloguing and prioritizing remedial work in conjunction with senior management to ensure a reduction in future incidents.Sounds interesting? Service Desk Tools

  • Coordinate activities to respond to major incidents and serve as an escalation point
  • Direct support resources to where they are most required
  • Escalate lack of progress with incidents.
  • Establish policies, system and procedures and monitor compliance with these
  • Analyse and report trends in incidents and contribute to the service improvement roadmap

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Advanced level of English (daily communication is conducted in English)
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • End to end ownership for customer satisfaction through levels of support
  • Proactive approach, strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong planning skills and orientation to details
  • Good written & verbal communication skills, both in polish and english
  • Being a team player, ability to listen and contribute to discussions and meetings

What would be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of Service Desk tools (e.g. HP Service Center, JIRA Service Desk) 
  • Ability to work in shift and having flexible schedule
