Platform Operations specialist focuses on deploying, managing, capacity planning, monitoring, and/or troubleshooting integrations, ensuring that the platform service is available to the users aligned to the agreed SLAs, main objectives are to manage, monitor, and analyze integration platform and applications for performance and high availability and to automate and streamline the integration deployment process.

  • Manage environments, user Access and integration applications configurations.
  • Deploy and configure integration applications into the eiPaaS platform
  • Work with the necessary stakeholders to triage production bugs and to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Maintain necessary documentation associated with platform deployment, operational process, SOPs with effective FAQs on common problems and steps to resolve the issue
  • Lead and establish necessary set up required for monitoring, alerting and tracing
  • Perform health checks and monitoring and reporting of issues using dashboard and tools
  • Identify and automate any manual/repeated tasks to improve efficiency

  • Experience working in a support environment managing customer-facing applications
  • Knowledge and experience of working with specific eiPaaS platforms
  • Well versed with support process like SOP, Handover/Takeover, following SLA
  • Experience in building common services framework for logging, error handling, configuration, authentication and authorization
  • Solid experience using Unix/Linux OS environments
  • Experience working on Application and Server monitoring as well as Ticketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ITIL certification would be a plus
  • Proficient level of English is necessary
  • Fluency in German is a plus
  • Experience 5+ years of working in IT, 3+ years of IT platform support experience preferably integration related
