As part of our Technology Solution Centre in Warsaw, you will assume full responsibility for all activities of Application Support Specialist within Application Support 24/7 managed service team. You will collaborate closely with other team members located in different countries to support internal users globally.

You will be responsible of resolving tickets raised by the users of supported applications in accordance with the SOPs and within the agreed SLA. You will troubleshoot, provide suitable workaround if solution nor available and participate in the root cause analysis.

  • Ensure that support OLAs are strictly adhered to and SLAs are achieved
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve application issues and non-routine system issues, participate in identifying the root cause of issues.
  • Closely collaborate with 3rd level of support (developers, external suppliers), support onboarding and knowledge transfer to 1st level of support
  • Ensure that all support SOPs are maintained and up to date
  • Strictly follow and comply with all the rules and regulation on DB Schenker Compliance Guideline
  • Taking care of RPA platform and processes

  •  Good communication skills in written and oral English, excellent consulting, negotiation, interpersonal skills, great attention to details
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capability of reading application log files
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to understand and interpret business change requirements
  • Ready to work full time from Monday to Sunday within regular hours (8:00-18:00)
  • Basic Windows Server knowledge
  • 1 year of experience working in technical support

  • Basic XML, Web Service knowledge, SQL(queries modification)
