In this role, you will be working on implementation of Guarantees and insurance management applications for one of our well-known clients. Working on a daily basis with the business to support the trading application. Your work will be to support the Treasury application to handle all technical support domains and the interfacing around the application.
- Collect customer requests and data
- Attend to customer meetings
- Respond to user emails
- Conduct basic troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed
- Create tickets for Level 2 support
- Provide product information
- Solve common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup.
- 1st level of support experience
- Experience with ticketing tool: Service Now, Jira, and other
- Writing technical and configuration documentation ( Confluence)
- Trained to solve known problems and to fulfill service requests by following scripts
- Knowledge of basic IT concepts
- Fluent in English

- German language
- Knowledge of Insurance Market concepts (Claims, Policies, Letters of Credits, etc)
