Main Purpose of the Role :

Gain sufficient knowledge on the environment and tasks to be performed:

  • Deliver Microsoft Teams video and voice to BYOD and corporate desktop
  • Project Support - Office 365 Migrations
  • Maintaining and patching for exchange servers
  • Incident management and problem management
  • Update and create the Standard Operating Procedure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing messaging services
  • Produce technical road maps for Messaging Services
  • Management of service level reporting
  • Provide input to management to help assess future direction of product and services
  • Interface between management, business, 3rd parties and support personnel.

Skills and Experience:

Functional / Technical Competencies:

  • Expert in Microsoft Teams to Include Video and voice.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and Compliance Tooling
  • Engineering of Exchange 2016 deployment and migration from existing Exchange 2010 together with knowledge of Office 365
  • Design\Deploy and support existing messaging infrastructure to include
  • BYOD iPhone\IPAD\Blackberry\Exchange\Outlook\Compliance tool\Enterprise Vault (Multiple sites as part of Global Org).
  • Understanding of Lotus notes migration
  • Expert in AD \Federated services\Hybrid services
