For a leading fund management firm we are building a global 24/7 L1 support service. The team is distributed across 3 time zones. For an engineer this is an opportunity to improve the knowledge and skills in AWS, investment and automation.


We want Lead Support engineer to actively participate in adherence to SLAs, team performance improvement and client satisfaction. Yet the regular support engineer responsibilities apply too:

  • Receive calls/emails from end users with trading related issues and solve them in accordance with SLA
  • Ensure response time is within the SLA
  • Apply known solutions, attempt solving unknown cases
  • Document known solutions
  • Automate the job where necessary
  • Classify and route the tickets requiring L2/L3 involvement

  • 3+ years of experience in Support
  • Investment Banking / Trading Support background
  • Hands on experience with AWS
  • Basic understanding of Linux OS
  • Basic Python for automation
  • Familiarity with Atlassian stack
  • Professional ethics
  • Clear communication in English
  • SQL
  • other programming languages
