 As Development Manager for SAP Field Service Management, you lead the engineering team in Poland that designs and develops SAP Field Service Management. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead the team by managing and developing the individual team members, providing engineering and technical guidance to the team, and ensuring the team delivers the innovation roadmap in close alignment with the Product Owner of SAP Field Service Management.
  • Take care of all aspects of people management: hiring, performance and talent management, including goal setting, coaching and skills development of individuals and team.
  • Steer the team in an agile manner, striving for accountability, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Institutionalize team values, such as high-performance culture, customer centricity, foster trust and drive for high employee engagement
  • Absorb stress in demanding situations and solve organizational challenges.
  • Provide strategic direction to the team, in alignment with the Product Owner of SAP Field Service Management.


  •  At least 10 years of professional work experience in development of software with a strong product and innovation focus
  • Practical, hands-on experience with agile software development processes and dev ops culture
  • Profound understanding of large-scale enterprise software application cloud architecture, ideally on AWS.
  • Solution oriented, thought leader and persuasive
  • Proven track record to lead and build a team
  • Strong team player, collaborating with peers and other teams to build large-scale software
  • Strong communication skills, to communicate efectively with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues alike; fluent in English.
  • Ability to manage conflicts in the team and foster a positive continuous improvement culture.
