The position is also open for candidates located in Romania and Bulgaria.


The role
The Sr. Technical Scrum Master's role is to support in implement SAAS applications for our next generation marketing optimization and marketing automation platforms, using innovative technologies and enterprise products like Salesforce. Responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. To be successful as a Sr. Technical Scrum Master, have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. An outstanding Sr. Technical Scrum Master should have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills. Role will include running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, managing support tickets and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving. Sr. Technical Scrum Master will be responsible to communicate and collaborate primarily with the engineering, product management, architecture, and senior management teams.

  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies: daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives

  • Facilitate productivity through discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution to keep operations running at a high performance
  • Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases
  • Ensure the overall schedule, performance and objective of the sprint is met by tracking and reporting key metrics that indicate the progress of the iteration
  • Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
  • Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)
  • Able to do post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
  • Presents high level project readouts for senior management
  • Supports the RTE/ product owner(s) with timely and effective communication of program risks and impediments and drives collaboration across the board to achieve sprint and program goals
  • Maintain JIRA, Confluence and other information radiators for the teams


What you need to have is?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
  • 5+ years of specialized experience
  • Certified scrum master desired (at least CSM or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’
  • Experience in managing multiple development projects through inception to production
  • Experience managing multi-system projects and self-organized, cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment
  • Expertise with deployment of project tracking, source control, repository management systems (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Artifactory, etc)
  • Expert at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, infrastructure needs and software tools
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD systems, test frameworks, and DevOps processes

Nice to have?

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar platform.
  • Domain expertise in Marketing, Customer engagement or Automotive industry is beneficial
